If for any reasons whatsoever you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products purchased with your order within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery and you may obtain the replacement or refund of the returned products (as provided for in the Consumer Code of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/05).
Instructions on how to return or replace the products
- To exercise your right of withdrawal or to return products on which you found a lack of conformity, you are kindly required to send an email notification to the following address: [email protected] In this notification you will express your desire to withdraw from the purchase contract or you will highlight the defect you have found on products.
- Our staff will send you an email with a Number of Authorization for Return (NAR) which will identify your case.
- After having received the NAR, please pack carefully the products in the original packaging that must be intact and complete, and include any accessory kit. Please do not write on the original packaging of any products. Bulky packages must be further wrapped with packing paper, small-sized products must be fitted in cardboard boxes.
- On the packing you must indicate clearly the sender and the Number of Authorization for Return (NAR) assigned to you by AirDP.
- Send the parcel by post or using a carrier of your own choice.
In the event of withdrawals, the return expenses for products are borne by the customer, whereas refunds will take place only if products are found to have a conformity defect. The goods not showing the Number of Authorization for Return (NAR) will not be replaced or refunded. The right of withdrawal will cease fully in the event that the returned goods are not intact, and in particular:
- For lack or damage of the original packaging
- For lack of the integral parts of the product (accessories, instructions, etc.)
- For damage of the product for reasons different from transport.
AirDP will not accept returns that do not comply with all required conditions.
